I reserve confirmed appointment times for my clients and the reserved appointment is important to me. I look forward to seeing my clients at their arranged time that has been reserved especially for them.
To help clients remember this commitment, I ask them to mark this important appointment on their calendar or in their diary and I will send an SMS the day prior to confirm the appointment.
When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
